A hotel that has the dirtiest outside windows blocking any need for net curtains, a hotel that did not bother to reply to my online request and one that takes an additional credit card details for “incidentals” when there was actually no mini bar in the room. Curious, no? Only redeeming feature is the decent sheets on the bed. There are better hotels in Melbourne CBD.

Great Melbourne location, easy walking to fantastic shopping and dining. Great customer service, lovely comfy bed and pillows. Very clean room with all the necessary conveniences.

Amazing hotel room n i liked the bed/pillows. Located at Russell st which is near to exhibition st with theathers nearby. I am using uber for airport transfer, cant comment for the users who opt for public transport options. It could be far from the southern cross station

I was staying for a mental health stay, needed some solo time. I decided to choose this hotel because of the chrome cast. I emailed in to check about it as well. And the internet went out late Friday night and for my whole stay. Hotel its self was nice, rooms were nice, bed was comfy. Would be great to have a microwave added. People in the hall were quite loud and banging doors, but it is a hotel so you some what expect this.

Room was very small and the check in and check out process was unclear. Once we were attended to, the girl was very friendly who checked us in but check out was very rushed and not all that friendly. Location was not that great and not as convenient as indicated. Not good value for money unfortunately.

Overall Good Hotel
Great location, bed and pillows were comfortable. Only but would be a constant noise of what seemed to be water running down the pipes.
