Rooms had recently been renovated and were clean and comfortable. I stayed in a room towards the back of the property and it was nice and quiet. Easy walk to Woolies and cafes/restaurants around the corner. Worth the money.

The property was easy to get to. The breakfast was decent. I would have hoped that the laundry facilities did not have an open and close time. This made it difficult to wash clothes within the allowed “open” time. Preferable to make the laundry open 24 hrs.

Room was very small for 4 people to stay in. Room on my serviced every 3 days and when it was there was only half the number of towels left to guest ratio so was continually having to gather more. Beds not the most comfortable and the TVs were glitchy at best. And if you want wifi, forget streaming. Lucky to get a signal. Was also under construction in various parts of hotel but not advertised prior. Was disappointed for the week we stayed

The lady on reception was lovely and accommodating but the place itself was dark, and outdated. For what I paid I was disappointed with the room we got as it didn’t look like the picture. I left my phone charger there and contacted staff, they said they would send it back at my expense to which it hasn’t arrived. It’s been 3 weeks.

The Buckingham International has a great room, clean and tidy. Location is amazing on Nepean Highway. Close to many attractions and close to the city. My only note was about sound/noise isolation in the room. I could hear water flushing and running from the room above. Service and staff were fantastic and always available for help.

Thought we had booked a 3 bedroom apartment but was a house separate to the motel complex. Not fatal but would like to have known prior to arrival. Kitchen great but lacking in kitchen utensils, cups, glasses, plates, saucepans. House was cold and had to run the split system heating, an oil heater and fan constantly to keep the house warm. Otherwise was a very enjoyable stay and staff were great and accommodating. Would definitely stay again but on the motel site.
