Good accommodation close to everything at Southbank. Unfortunately no bottle of wine nor room upgrade as promised. Expedia could work out a better way to organise these extra little perks

Room was dirty with cigarettes butts, hair, dusty and even after cleaned wasn’t done correctly. Informed Reception Manager himself, he didnt even apologised no follow up. After flagging to reception twice, I gave up. Happy to send the pictures for proof. I wanted to checked out on the second day itself, will never return back to this property. Stayed with Adina in Sydney and we loved it, unfortunately, this propoerty cleanliness and the staff initiative let a bitter feeling.

Super handy for the Exhibition and Conference centre. Great coffee on site with very friendly service. Room might have been a bit cleaner and the shower lever was stiff making it difficult to find a mid point between boiling and freezing. Also a bit noisy - my upstairs neighbours on the first night were quite clumpy and chatty and I needed earplugs. But none of that was a real bother and I’d happily stay there again.

Have returned to stay here again due to location and the fact they have a great pool plus washer and dryer in the room which is very suitable for us with our pre schooler. Things I like are the location and the walkable distance to crown and a few other places we went to. Things I didn’t like were the cleanliness of the apartment. It needs improvement. Seemed very rushed and not clean properly and we checked in after check in time. Toilet and sink, kitchen bench and kitchen floor in particular. One thing I really don’t like is that the apartments are stuffy and you can access the air conditioner in the room. It is only controlled from the reception. Heating seems to be find but cooling isn’t. I had to call reception last time for the same issue when we previously stayed. We would stay again because of location and value for money however the cleanliness did bother me.
