You are spoilt for choice when meeting work colleagues, friends and family at the local cafes, restaurants and bars. They are many within walking distance or a short drive from the apartment. One of our favourites is Little Henri, just a 10 min walk from the apartment. If you need something closer, Red Bean Coffee Roaster is literally next door.

When staying for work, you can easily access Bell street, one of the main roads connecting the northern suburbs of Melbourne. It also takes you straight to the airport. Staying for a week or more is easy as you can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and buy groceries at the supermarkets just 600 m from the apartment.

STAIRS: There are 2 sets of stairs in the apartment complex. The first set is about 16 stairs and the second is 14 stairs. One set does spiral.

QUIET HOURS:
The property is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. To respect the peace of the community - we kindly request no loud music or loud parties. Noise curfew 10pm.

EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
May be possible however we do recommend you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
To manage expectations, we provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival.

LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay.

AGE RESTRICTIONS - We do ask that guests are over 21 years of age and willing to provide photo ID after the booking is confirmed.

PETS - we are pet lovers and are open to hosting pets. This apartment would suit a small dog that doesn't bark or shed much hair and goes everywhere with its owners. Please get in touch if you'd like to stay with your pet.
- No noise after 10pm and refrain from causing disturbances to the neighbours to avoid having them complain to local authorities.
- Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule may result in eviction without refund. Any additional time for the housekeepers to attend or inspect the property outside of their usual cleaning will result in additional administrative fees.
- If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP as additional charges may apply.
- Pets allowed on the property upon application. Additional charges may apply.
- In the event that keys are lost/ damaged/ locked inside the property any time during your stay or check-out, we may need to call a locksmith and additional expenses will be charged to your account. If the cleaner’s or property manager’s schedule is affected by this, further charges may apply.
- Check-out time is 10am. If the cleaner is not able to clean on time, a delayed entry fee may apply. If you require late check-out, please contact the host 72 hours before check-out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
- If you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you. However, we will need to compensate our housekeepers or managers for the postage fee and their time.
-We provide toiletries to get you started. Feel free to visit the nearest grocery store should you wish to restock for yourself.
- Take care of the property and avoid making a mess within the premises. Leaving dishes unwashed or having food items out in the open tend to attract pests and insects that may require pest control. This may be charged to your account as applicable.
- Smoking inside AND OUTSIDE the property is strictly prohibited. Charges may apply for additional cleaning and deodorisation of the property.
- Excessive use of utilities such as water, electricity, and WIFI may result in additional charges.
- Where a porta cot is provided, this is used at the guests own risk. The owner and hosts do not accept any liability should anything occur during its use.
- Only guests on the original booking may stay overnight.

Good location for me
The property was clean and tidy with everything needed for a 5 night stay. The owners were very helpful with good instructions for self check in and tried to correct a small issue left by previous visitors. They were easy to contact and prompt to reply to my requests. The bed was comfortable, but I found the road noise a bit loud as I live in a very quite house in a country setting. Great location for restaurants and bars as there were plenty to choose from in walking distance.
