Our beautiful two bedroom apartment in the heart of Mornington is perfect place to explore the Mornington Peninsula. Situated steps from the main street of Mornington and Royal beach, you won’t get much better than this.

Secure underground parking for one car - Space is tight - otherwise off street parking available close by

Open plan, light filled, modern apartment with water glimpses over Royal beach. Main bedroom with queen bed , en suite and private balcony, plus the second bedroom also has a private ensuite bathroom with the balcony. All linen supplied. Bring your own beach towels!

We have one secure on site under ground parking for this apartment, free street parking is also available next to apartment complex.

Located approx. 50m from Main Street Mornington. A very short walk to the beach, cafes and shops.

No Parties or excessive noise levels after 9 pm. - Vacate premises & Loss of Bond will occur

No smoking inside the home. - a loss of bond will occur.

No pets.

Comfortable, modern and easily accessible. Plenty of space for 2 couples, with two generous queen rooms. The perfect unit at Mornington Peninsula. If the balcony had ocean views it would be hard to leave.
