You can’t get closer to the water than here— Beautiful beachfront location steps from the ocean. We loved hearing the crashing waves from the whole unit, and hanging on the balcony watching the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. It gets a little windy so bring warm clothes if you run cold at night. Comfortable bed, nice new furnishings and big TV with all the apps. The resort is newly remodeled, and the only thing we wanted for would be to have a couple items like a cutting board and plastic silverware—but we were more than happy and made do just fine after a 2 minute trip to Publix to pick up snacks and supplies. Helpful, kind staff made this trip even better. We were happy to take the resort up on their offer to stay one more day in such a beautiful location. We’ll be back for sure! Thank you Melbourne Beach Resort for a lovely vacation.

The resort is nice and we've enjoyed our stay very much, the resort is right on the beach and it's being recently remodeled but has some issues, We couldn't sleep well due to the ceiling fan light constantly turning on, the toilet felt loose, other than that we definitely coming back

So I don't normally leave reviews unlesd they deserve it. This hotel has everything if you are looking for a cute, small beachfront property. Extremely clean, staff extremely nice, and the beach is literally right there. We only spent one night but the property is completely modern. Will definitely say again.
