For those who are looking for peace and remoteness from the speed of cities and appreciate being close to nature, the right place to really switch off!
If you are used to walking (and driving) on paved paths, you have to switch back here! Sandy paths, wild stretches of coast and untreated natural beaches make this area unique for vacationers. The Paradiso holiday apartment, a small house directly on Lake Kummerow (Lago di Kummerow), lovingly decorated in an Italian-Mediterranean style, is one of four former fishing huts that have been in the wild and romantic Bay of Meesiger since the beginning of the 20th Century right on the lake, and since then have repeatedly experienced various structural changes in a wide variety of tastes. Out here you can experience total seclusion, but you can also talk to friendly neighbors, who are usually only there on weekends.
The decor is tasteful from simple to luxurious. A soapstone stove provides the cozy basic heat. In the kitchen corner there is a modern replica of a historic stove that can also be used for cooking and baking. If that's too historical for you, you can of course also use the induction plate. Even those who prefer to wash by hand can do this in the spacious ceramic basin or set the small dishwasher in motion.
In addition to a sitting area in the middle, the sleeping accommodations are up a spiral staircase - in the wood-clad and whitewashed gable of the house. A Goethe standing desk invites you to read and linger. However, since the natural spectacles are experienced here so extraordinarily intensely, at least they come to read. The large windows, which can be closed with very solid shutters, give a special view. Outside there is a small, fragrant lavender garden, in the middle of which is rooted a plane tree that provides shade in summer. Maybe you will find the peace to read here ...
A small boat is at your feet on the beach and can be rowed.
