Unmaintained facility. Broken furniture and lack of basic amenities such as towels and iron. Requested these items multiple times and when I got an iron it had burned cloth on it and damaged my clothes. Really low quality place.

A bit far from Prophet's mosque but good compare to the hotels in Haram area. Quiet and safe, clean. The ine problem is they don’t do housekeeping on daily basis, the travelers needs to ask for it. I will recommend.
