I had another brilliant stay at Elaf Al Taqwa during my recent visit to Madinah—my third time here, and it was as fantastic as ever. The evening atmosphere was particularly lovely, adding to the serene experience of being in this holy city. The staff, as always, were exceptional, with a special mention to Thandu Ali from housekeeping, who went above and beyond to ensure our room was spotless and comfortable. The room service was prompt and satisfying, making the stay even more enjoyable. I've already booked my next stay, and I'm looking forward to another great experience. Highly recommended!

Good Hotel
I will give full marks to the Hotel. The location is very nice. Nowadays google maps shows everything very clearly. There are hotels on all sides of the mosque. You will have to walk in any case where you stay. This hotel is I would say on the front side of the mosque so you have to walk up to the line of the Imam. The rooms are nice.

The hotel was really good, we enjoyed our stay and the staff are super friendly. The Executive room was spacious and the beds are really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so much varieties. It's only 5 min walking to the Haram. I Highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Haram in Madina.

Amazing location generally, bit of a walk to female mosque entrances but a minute walk from the courtyard. Really presentable and supportive staff. Room and hotel aesthetic is dated, but it was clean which is the most important.

I was very satisfied if my staying time at Elaf Al Taqwa. Samaher at the reception was just amazing. She welcomed me with a warm manner. I felt like I’m just arriving to my relatives home. Lama at the reception as well was very welcoming,calling every day and asking if there is anything she can help with. Muhhamed Yasmin is just a lovely cleaner. Very respectful and helpful.

Avoid Executive floor
It was a comfortable yet slightly disappointing stay. We booked an executive room stay and the benefits were appealing such as lounge access for complimentary food and beverage. However when we arrived we found this to be untrue. I would highly suggest the hotel to improve the benefits for executive floor customers and for the time being new customers to stick with the normal options as they are as good as the executive floor. Breakfast was nice yet a little disappointing. There was no baked beans and they charge you for fresh juice which is unnecessary. Pancakes are not fresh and get cold quickly in the container they leave it in. Eggs were nice. View from the room was nice
