تأخر تسجيل الدخول لأكثر من ٤٠ دقيقة والغرفة كانت بدون مناشف حتى اليوم الثاني والإفطار بسيط جداً نظافة الغرفة لم تكن جيدة مثل المرات الماضية كل عذرهم ان الفندق ممتلئ ونحن في فترة إجازة وهو شي من المفترض أن لا يؤثر على الخدمة المقدمة لي كعميل دفعت قيمة الغرفة وعندي حجز مؤكد من قبل الموعد بأكثر من أسبوعين الفندق بشكل عام جميل وموقعه مميز وهادئ موظفات الاستقبال محترمات جداً ومهذبات لكن ينقصهم بعد التدريب من الإدارة في كيفية التعامل مع العملاء في وقت إمتلاء الفندق ووجود بعض المشاكل التي تواجههم نزلت في الفندق حتى الآن ٣ مرات وسأكرر حجزي مره أخرى في رحلتي القادمة

I liked the free drinks but did not like when they forgot to wash and iron my clothes that i did request the service one night before and also had scheduled pick up time ! They had stuff communication issue.

I arrived late to Madinah due to missing train from Makkah after traveling and performing Umrah all day. I wrote the hotel letting them know that I would be arriving late since I had to take a taxi 4.5 hrs from Makkah to Madinah. No one ever responded to email and could not call the hotel. After paying for a taxi and driving 4.5 hrs we arrived and was told the room was taken by another guest and they did not have any availability for me and my family. We were pretty much stranded in the middle of no where with no place to stay. The room was paid for in advance so I’m not sure why it was given to another guest. I did not receive a refund and was told to take it up with Expedia.

The hotel is newly furnished, the washroom design is modern and unique. The amenties are good. The receptionist are welcoming and professional. The hotel is far from far from Haram, I used Uber to take me there. However, it's close to the airport. For room service you need to contact them by yourself as they will not do it by themselves.
