A Great Stay
As always, wonderful staff in all roles related to accommodation. The rooms are excellent and location is easily accessible from the TransCanada highway. Lots of nearby amenities. We have stayed here many times and are always appreciative of the suite with kitchenette. The one thing that we feel is excessive and inappropriate is the calculation of the pet fee. The charge is daily for pet fee cleaning, yet room refreshing is every two days. How does this make sense?

We stayed here with our dog and 6 week old baby. We wanted to stay somewhere clean and safe, travelling with a little one. The hotel offered us a pack and play which made travel easier and our room had a small kitchenette which was also really helpful for travelling with a baby. Will stay here again!

What a great place! The room was so nice, spacious and had a fully stocked kitchen area. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was fresh and tasty (loved the hot items!). Would stay here again.

The location was convenient for us as we were just passing through and we simply hopped back on the highway. Not convenient to town but surrounded by shopping and basic restaurants. The facilities are great. Star was friendly and professional. Parking was easy and they provided free EV charging with foot connectors! Pool area is great with jacuzzi, kids splash area and separate lap pool.

We stayed here with our dog for one night, and the staffs are super nice. The lady who helped us checking in gave us a bigger room so there’s more space for my dog to hang around. The room is very clean, new and well equipped. Highly recommend if you are staying in Medicine Hat. Only down point is the AC is a bit loud.

The only reason I give it a 4/5 is because in the morning I could hear kids running / jumping around upstairs. Other than that, I’d come back. Everything about the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast had lots of selections, it was good.
