A modern very clean 2 bedroom condo for rent, fully furnished with two queen beds, 1.5 bath rooms, big beautiful full kitchen with granite counter tops, dish washer, washer dryer, 46" tv, plug in parking. Have a coffee on the patio in the warm morning sun, this is a nice bright clean place to make you feel right at home! There is assigned parking and Guest parking as well. All parking stalls have plug ins if needed as well.

We have a small gym for all residents so you can also enjoy those amenities. Close to the #1 for Great access to Tim's with in one block, Starbucks, Walmart, restaurants, Sobeys Ect.

Walking paths to green belts, city parks and trails.
