Very quiet rooms on the ground floor. Had dozens of trucks parked in the lot overnight, and I could not hear any of them starting in the morning, not even the one directly in front of our window. Will be staying here on my next visit. Papi's country kitchen a stones throw away, and a tim hortons right next door
