I was given a hotel key went to the room opened the door and there were people in the room. It was so embarrassing. Had to go back to front desk. They don't know what happened. Apologized over and over but no compensation was offered until my mother said something but excuse was given since your reservation was placed with us we can do nothing. It was 11pm and they did finally offer $50 in food. Who eats that late?

There were a variety of food options on site, however a lot of new staff in restaurant dining. The Dragon River Noodles was average, although the Sports Bar dining had a better system and was tastier. Hotel check in, the hostess was new, which is fine, however when she asked for assistance minimal help was given as he took the next customer instead of ensuring my check in was completed and to help the new person feel competent. The hotel is only 3 months old, however the fan in the room was noisy. Even after turning the heat off, the fan ran non stop all night long, which made for a restless night, I logged a complaint at 5am, and even recorded how loud it was. I didn’t feel reassured by the lack of concern for my comfort. Slot hostess in non smoking used foul language in her interactions with patrons, which seemed off putting. Slots were tight, but that’s always a gamble, but I shouldn’t have had to bet on having a pleasant sleeping experience in a new hotel with the clearly malfunctioning fan.

Unimpressed with our stay
I was not impressed with the check-in there's no sign showing entrances or where to go in so we had to walk all the way through casino with all our stuff to get to our room to check in. Staff was not very helpful once we checked in they didn't tell us where our room was they just handed us our keys and we had to actually ask where to go. It was very confusing. In the morning early the fire alarm kept going off we evacuated our room, found out it was a false alarm, went back up to our room, and the fire alarm kept going off, kept going off, kept going off, for about 45 minutes we finally just left because we were tired of hearing it. It was extremely frustrating especially when there was actually no fire. Our room was fine but are overall visit I was not impressed.

The hotel was newish and everything was very nice. Spacious room and at an affordable price. We were only there for one night but was impressed. The $2.00 quality draft beer was an added plus.
