Alot of things didn't work. Coffee maker broken. Stay was for 3 days after the first day they called the room asking when we were leaving When downstairs to straighten out. Pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable . After the first night went to walmart to buy pillows so we could sleep.

NO! DON'T STAY HERE. AWFUL
After driving for hours to get to hotel in Oregon, I pulled into hotel to find that across the street was a truck stop. Many vagrant people everywhere. The hotel was surrounded by darkness. Front door area was lit up but rest of area was dark. I picked this hotel because it was PET FRIENDLY. The pet potty area was the field next door to the hotel that was pitch black dark. When I told the man checking me in that I was scared, he berated me calling me a racist and that I was judging people. I had no idea what he was referring to. When I asked him what he was referring to, he told me I was judging people and that I was a racist. He told me I didn't have to stay there and that he was in the process of canceling my reservation. He was so incredibly rude and out of line, I cannot even remember his exact words as he was raising his voice berating me. This happened.

It was ok
The room was fine. The breakfast buffet was minimal and it seemed like they were understaffed, with just one person handling both the desk and the breakfast buffet. Overall an acceptable stay, but I've experienced better locations for this brand.

Our room was relocated from a pet friendly (which we did not need nor realize when booking online) room near the elevator to a nice quiet room at the end of the hall. It was nice and quiet.

I was being treated for pneumonia, and my medication had some adverse side effects – requiring the need for my own private bathroom, during my treatment… I’m glad that they were willing to accommodate me, on such short notice!
