We were put in a room around the corner from reception. Basically a staff-area hallway with doors slamming shut all night, could hear the fan in the adjacent lobby restroom, and other random noise. Putting a room here is stupid. Or the company decided it's worth a few bad reviews for the extra income from a badly placed room. Probably would have been a fine stay in another room. I asked for a discounted second night if we could be moved but staff did not budge. Way overpriced considering the quality of sleep we got.

Clean room, fast check in, good parking lot, only thing is our room on the 2nd floor had a huge concrete or wooden wall (maybe the holiday inn sign) and there was bird poop everywhere right outside the window blocking the whole view.

Absolutely wonderful staff! We arrived earlier than expected and our room was ready for us. It was a little noisier than we had hoped, as it was less than 1/4 mile from the freeway. But, turn the fan on and you won't hear a thing! Breakfast was good, could use another table or two. A young couple decided they needed to sit next to each other, so took up 2 of the 6 available tables. No biggie for us, another older couple arrived just as we did, so we shared. Front desk was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable about food opportunities and full of smiles! We were too tired to do any exploring so know nothing about the area. We were very glad we chose Holiday Inn!

My family and another family, both with children, stayed for a week. Very family friendly. Great DF/GF & regular breakfast options for all. Staff were all wonderful and attentive. Very clean & love that there is a laundry room. Only wish gym had dumbbells.
