The only I didn’t like was being charged $25 for incidentals even before I used any. They say I get refunded if not used or any remaining balance. But I find it odd and just another step to checking out. BAD Practice.

Convenient to I-5. Many dining options. Large rooms. With teenagers it was great that breakfast ended later, 10:00 but limited options. While we were there they were out of oatmeal, omelets and scrambled eggs. Good set up for waffles but they ran out of strawberry and blueberry toppings, I ate at 0830.

Loved the newness of the hotel, the roominess of the room & he bathroom. Staff very pleasant & good continental breakfast. The only thing was the bed was pretty firm & yhe pillows flattened out to nothing.

The bathroom had a huge, heavy barn door that was very difficult & noisy to open and close. The toilet flushing made the loudest noise that we have ever heard & we've both traveled a lot. I hope you will share this with management. Thanks
