This is the best value and easiest property from the freeway for Ashland and quick trip to Medford and safer. I used to live in the area and this is now my go to hotel in the area. Free breakfast, comfortable room, indoor pool, what's not to like for a good price!

Although the property was clean outside and inside for the most part. There were broken items in the bathroom and the woman at the counter was dressed a little inappropriate for this type of position.

I usually come to Ashland to visit family and stay in various hotels now and then. This was my first time at this property and I loved it. I wanted to sleep in to the very last second in the comfy bed. The only downside was the swimming pool was cold. I still swam though.

The room itself was fine however the check in employee was not welcoming at all. When I arrived I was met with a sign stating the employee would be back soon. It wasn’t a big deal for me to wait. After about 5 minutes or so the employee appeared. The person indicated to me they would be right with me with a tone of annoyance. During the check in the employee barely looked at me and barked the rules of the property to me. I left feeling like I was a complete inconvenience to this person. The room I was given was adjacent to the lobby and the space provided for the continental breakfast. We could hear people in the lobby during all hours in the night and then we awakened in the morning by the chairs in the breakfast area being scooted across the floor each time anyone sat or got up. It was a terrible experience.

The staff, location, and price were excellent, and the breakfast was quite good. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but every single wall in our room had scrapes and gouges and needed paint badly. It looked like someone had a a fight in there and banged up the walls. Room 211. That was the only negative. Perhaps the other rooms were better.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable (and that was saying something considering the heat while we were there). The only negative point was the pool, which was green and had things floating in it. :(
