It was a good experience in general. The best thing of the hotel is the people that work in there.They do their best to help the guests. They breakfast are good and you can rest without noise and still be near Poblado and good restaurants.

The bed and pillows are the worst. We got surprised when the cleaning lady was mop with a lot of water in the breakfast area while we were eating. The breakfast was no that good, it wasn't a self service breakfast options like every other good hotels. We wouldn't recommend this place.

PROS: It was our favorite hotel in all the places we stayed in Colombia. Comfortable bed. Location was perfect. Close enough to walk to anywhere in Poblado neighborhood or to the Poblado metro station. Easy to Uber anywhere else. AC worked very well. No street noise. Very spacious room with king bed and mini kitchen (we didn’t use). Amazing breakfast, we were sad we missed 2 breakfasts because of an early tour we had booked and an early flight. Convenient to have grocery store very close to it. CONS: Breakfast service was very slow one morning. I had to ask for coffee 3 times and it took 40 minutes to get breakfast (finally followed by coffee). Also, the room next to us kept having a hard time getting into their room and we were woken up a few times around 3 am when they came back from partying. These are minor things to improve but we would definitely stay here again!
