La actitud de casi todo el staff fue ruda, les hace falta una capacitación de servicio al cliente y profesionalismo desde la mucama hasta al restaurante, tienen cero buena actitud los de restaurante, (solo la recepcionista y el que te ayuda con la maleta son muy lindos) la verdad no me sentí segura ahí, en el desayuno una chica del personal metió su cuchara directo a la olla del caldo para comer directo de ahí, lo bueno que me cambié de hotel y lástima por que las instalaciones son muy buenas
