La habitación nos gustó mucho y a los niños (5 y 7 años) también, es más bonita y espaciosa que en las fotos. Las camas son grandes y cómodas y la ropa de cama muy agradable. El baño también es más grande que lo que habíamos podido ver en las fotos y los productos para lavarse huelen muy bien. El kit de golosinas y bebidas fue muy agradable. Excelente ubicación y personal super amable y dispuestos a ayudar con lo que saben y lo que no, lo buscan, es evidente que tienen una visión de servicio al cliente superior que el promedio de hoteles en Colombia. Super recomendable, no duden en reservar!

Muy cómodo el cuarto, amplio, limpio, pero la bulla es insufrible. Necesitan cambiar las ventanas por ventanas antirruido porque parece que no tuvieran ventanas. Se escucha la bulla de la calle, camiones de basura, claxon de motos, música hasta media noche, etc. Además se escucha también ruido de arriba, parecía que movían muebles en la noche y en la mañana.

Hace unos días estuvimos hospedadas ahí y nos ROBARON DINERO MX DE NUESTRA HABITACIÓN, tengan cuidado porque el personal de Mantenimiento y limpieza tienen acceso directo sin autorización. Lo peor es que el gerente aceptó que a través de las cámaras de seguridad ingresaron personas a nuestra habitación , pero no se quisieron hacer responsables de mi dinero . No me volvería a hospedar ahí , YA QUE SON UNOS RATEROS EN CUANTO A SU PERSONAL .
