Rubber coated bed and pillows!
Nice staff, great location, but LOUD outside at night always...impossible to sleep. Worst part is, the beds and pillows are covered in plastic, so you sweat like crazy. Awful. Close to everything but not comfortable.

The staff were all very nice and accommodating. There was no hot water. I took all cold showers. The hair dry didn’t heat. It only blew air. The bathroom had ants running around. The air conditioner was also broken and not blowing air very well.

There are many substandard area first the beds were not changed for Friday and Saturday morning, had to constantly go to the front desk to ask for clean towels and a toilet paper roll! Secondly, they would not give us an extra room key even though there were three adults and a young child in my party. The safe was inoperable until they took a safe from another room and placed it in my room! Very disappointed!

The staff is excellent. Always with a smile... the front desk staff was helpful and courteous, the room staff attentive and kept my room clean, the kitchen staff were prompt and delicious... as a 35 year Human Resource person, you are very lucky to have all of your staff!!
