The best hotel I stayed in Medellin. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Walkable to the soccer stadium and some many restaurants and bars. The staff have excellent service, including the driver Jorge and the terrace bartender Hamilton. You also got up-front taxi service 24 hours a day. Definitely, I will stay again in this hotel. Very highly recommended.

Some good, some lackluster
Affordable hotel, but there were some quirks that made it feel like less than a four star location. The positives: the rooms were well appointed with comfortable sheets and glass door showers. The service staff was very helpful when we forgot our room key. At check-in we were presented with free 1 drink tickets for the bar and a voucher for using at the casino. We were not there for either activity. The negatives: There was no mention of additional amenities as seen in other 4 and 5 star hotels (pool, jacuzzi); the selection of sports channels was much more limited than what was available elsewhere in bogota and Medellin. We also had to wait for a front desk person to walk us to the room after check-in and have us sign off on the minibar inventory. The breakfast was only from 6-9 and it was not buffet style, you were allowed one pass through the line then you were done. The food was a bit lackluster looking. I ended up settling for a bit of eggs, fruit and bargain brand cereal. In addition, the crowd for the space was very crowded, more like a canteen at a hostel.

The looks better in person than the pictures on line. Downside is, the staff DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, including the front desk. Just few of them knew one, or two words of English. The train station and the football (soccer) stadium are literally on the same street (Carrera 70) with the hotel, can just walk there. If one likes to party, that's the place / street to be on. The Centreville, Light tower are not too far via driving.

Ame este lugar no tengo palabras para lo increíble que es el piso 12 disfrutas una vista increíble por la noche y al amanecer me enamoré de Medellín indudablemente volvería y recomiendo 100 veces este lugar sus fiestas no se escuchan ni molestan y para los fiesteros es el mejor lugar sin manejar sin peligro solo bajas y ahí te encuentras la Rumba

If Your Coming from the United States Please don’t stay here. I Got asked for money Atleast 50 times everyday almost got into a fight because I wouldn’t give someone money. They let prostitutes stand at the front door, and on top of that room service stole Atleast $100 American dollars out of my room. This was absolutely the worst hotel I have every been to
