Views are great from the roof top breakfast area. Room view nice on 10th floor.
Check-in was terrible. Staff was rude. Aaked too many questions even though the room waz pre-paid. If your mother, brother, sister, father wishes to come visit you, there is a strick 10 minute visitation time. We were warned that after 10 minutes, I would be charged money if they stayed linger than 10 minutes. The elevator is tiny and very dark. You will need your phone's flashlight to see the floor number buttons. The carpet in both elevators is nasty and smells bad. They haven't shampooed the carpets in months and its noticeable. The elevator carpet is sticky and smells like someone may have party too much and vomited on the carpet. One more huge problem to note js that almost everyday, your room key gets erased and you cant open your door. So you must go all the way back to the lobby to reload your access. The staff says your cell phone makes the room card key erase. I told them all 3 times that I didnt have my cell phone. I saw other guests complain about the same issue. My advise is find a vetter hotel in the area. The staff here couldn't care less. My experience with the breakfast staff was great. They all seemed to work hard in prepaing your breakfast and they all smiled and were very attentive. The breakfast staff should teach the front desk about hospitality and friendliness..
