Another amazing stay in Makkah Towers in Tower 2! Had to ask housekeeping staff to accommodate necessities for 4 people, as were only providing for 2 people despite a reservation for 4 people. Lift services need to improved as had long waits for a lift. Breakfast variety could be improved but other than that it was a lovely stay! Very close to the Haram

Worst experience I’ve ever had. From starting check in with the most unprofessional and most rude staff member I’ve ever met to the rooming. They have 6 towers and no matter how you book, they choose to split family and keep everyone a distant away. To get baggage up to the room from bell desk, they have no back elevators and make you wait 3-4 hours to get luggage. No amenities in room upon check in. Rooms poorly lit. Elevator traffic is insane and they only have 2 elevators working per tower which takes 1-2 hours to get up to room. Very inconvenient. Would never recommend anyone to stay with them or experience them.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. Our room was spacious, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating—they even helped us with an early check-in and arranged transportation. Throughout our stay, the entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and ensured that everything was clean and comfortable. They consistently met all our needs, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Location was great, it was right infront of the Al Haram. Food options all around. Hotel could use an upgrade it feels outdated. They do not allow taxis or ubers to pull up at the basement parking, felt forced to take their expensive car service. But Alhamdullilah staff were amazing and friendly and helpful.

We stayed here 4 nights during our Ummrah trip. it's in front of the entrance to the Ummrah, King Fahad Gate 79. If you find a good deal then take it. It's connected to clock tower mall. It has grocery store left side up the escalator. Very convenient but it needs upgrade as property is one of the older hotels in the Haram.

Everything that I requested was not done I booked two rooms. They gave me room as far apart from each other and different floors they told me my request was not on the system. They will change me the next day, but every day I called the never bothered to assist.. My family had to stay separate requested no steps because of Wheel Chair . They did not accommodate cleaning of rooms on a daily basis was not done. Terrible service.
