First of all location is brilliant, only a few mins walk from haram. entrances in haram to go both to the mataaf and upper floors are easily reachable and in very little time. Hotel itself is very nice and luxurious and the room was well equipped and spacious. We are a family of 4 and had the junior suite which was more than big enough for us. Breakfast was brilliant with plenty of choice both hot and cold options and plenty of different cuisines along with fresh fruit and baked items. Overall i would most definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting the holy city of Makkah

Clean and well maintained hotel. 2 mins walking distance to Masjid Nabawi (already entrance). A bit of walking to women’s pray area (10 mins walk) but they provide shuttle services for women to and from before prayer times. The breakfast buffet was very good with a huge selection and the coffee shop in the lobby was a great convenience
