Since this hotel opened more than 12 years ago, I have not preferred to stay in anything other than it, as it is closest to the Grand Mosque, and the level of service, cleanliness of the rooms, and comfort.

Horrible stay, 2-star parading as a 5-star
It was pretty substandard for a 5-star hotel. Service quality was absolutely horrible. Several things in the room weren’t working, including the AC. Housekeeping was non-existent. WiFi was garbage, unable to support any real work. Only good thing was its location. It is a 2-star parading as a 5-star and Hilton should take note - this is a huge black spot on their reputation - coming from an avid traveler.

In general my stay in the Hotel was excellent. Very close to Haram, friendly staff, and clean. I have two small comments, would not affect the total rate, are : 1. The property little old, things need to be renewed. 2. The restaurant is good with variety of choices, but it is not organized well. Food are scattered everywhere, you have to pass thru all the tables to find what you need.

Great hotel, in very close proximity to many gates to enter the Haram. Friendly staff, clean rooms, top class views too. I would recommend the main restaurant for breakfast if you can get there - the spread is much better!
