Weekend stay
We really like the property. The service was above and beyond excellent. The room was really clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The mattress maybe could use an update. But overall we were really surprised and really happy with our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Franklin. Love the town. Love the hotel. Love the staff. Thanks for a great stay.

The front desk staff were friendly. The new Mexican restaurant was good. We could walk to downtown Franklin, which was nice. The room was comfortable and the ground outside were nice

I liked the attached Mexican restaurant and bar. In a small town like Franklin, choices of where to eat are limited. The staff was friendly too. Our room wasn’t cleaned while we were there but we only stayed for 2 nights.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. The building is a little dated. And it seemed kind of expensive. We had a queen suite, but not sure why they call it a sweet because it's just one room which might only be slightly bigger than a normal room.

The only negative thing was that we were told when we checked in on Wednesday that breakfast was until 10:00. When we got downstairs at 9:10, there was an announcement that if anyone wanted anything else to get it because they are supposed to shut it down at 9:00. We quickly got some food and sat at a table. We didn't feel comfortable though because staff stayed in the room waiting for us. We rushed and left. Otherwise, staff was pleasant and helpful.
