The property sleeps 14adults (or up to 18if the group includes children), with 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a spectacular 25m x 5m swimming pool with separate heated plunge pool / 10person spa, located on the Hinterland's most exclusive road and only 10 minutes' drive from Byron Bay town and beaches. This iconic, double storey masterpiece has recently been reconstructed over 24 months and features modern, fresh and contemporary interiors, artwork, finishes and furniture. Timber formed tiles, crisp white walls and lots of glass showcasing the lighthouse, ocean and Hinterland views, which complement the contemporary nautical themes with modern, high-end furnishings and raw and natural fibres.

Enter through double timber doors, beyond the perfectly manicured lawns, to an open plan and light filled downstairs space, complete withBosch butler's kitchen and dining, dual living areas including, vast loggia with electric fireplace, 3 of 7 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and glass doors flowing to the generous outdoor entertaining and magnificent cabana. Upstairs features an additional large and modern Bosch kitchen, open plan living and dining spaces and wraparound balconies facing both to the west and the north, for stunning sunsets and breathtaking ocean and Hinterland views. Family gathering.
Perfect size for 12 people. Large lounge and fantastic outdoor deck area and pool. Kitchen could be bigger when catering for so many but was good enough. We had a great time and recommend Villa St Helena.

This is a Huge home so great for our family of 13. Everything we needed . Tho kitchen a bit small. It was one of 2 kitchens so we managed very well. Located in the hinterland with great views. About 5kms to Byron. We loved our stay. The pool is fantastic .

Over priced, under delivered, mice in the house, very disappointing.
Very disappointing visit to this expensive holiday home which promised so much in the photos but did not deliver. Main points you should be aware of if you are considering renting this home - - it is not one large home but rather two flats on separate floors, with two small kitchens and living areas. If you are hoping there is a large, modern kitchen and a big communal living area that can accommodate two families on the ground floor think again. You can't open the dishwasher door and cupboard drawers at the same time, as the kitchen is so small and poorly designed. - the house wasn't properly cleaned, there were cobwebs in the rooms. The upstairs bathroom shower waste didn't drain and flooded the bathroom on the first night and when the grate was removed it revealed a waste pipe clogged with hair and grime - the house was riddled with mice, which ate clothes and canvas bags including food on the kitchen bench. - underneath the sofa was lots of dust, grime, mice droppings and other rubbish - the pool isn't heated and was absolutely freezing so we weren't able to use it in July - the house is near the freeway and the sound of traffic is very loud, so much so that the pool man said they keep the pool pump going all the time to try to drown out the noise so guests don't notice - for the price you would expect some additional equipment such as bikes, or beach chairs, an umbrella or other such things. - have stayed in many houses in Byron over the years and were most disappointed by this one

Amazing!!!
The house in unbelievable! I stayed there with my whole family and we had an incredible time. Everything is super clean and perfect conditions. There is enough space for everyone to be comfortable and the views are really pretty. I totally recommend it!
