The driveway is flat and can fit up to 2 cars. Additional parking available at Resort public, free lots.
SURROUNDING AREA Downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University are 15 miles from our home. Explore the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops downtown. The Shenandoah Valley offers many attractions including caverns, wineries and breweries. The closest Shenandoah River access is only 10 miles from the house. Enjoy tubing and kayaking during warm weather. The Swift Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive and the Appalachian Trail is only fifteen miles away and offers excellent hiking opportunities.
This home is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort. However, it is located inside the community of Massanutten and minutes from skiing, snow and grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-karts, tennis, swimming, fishing, parks and more! You'll also have access to 30 miles of hiking trails. The pool is a community pool for the private homes in Massanutten. It is available for use by our guests from Memorial Day through Labor Day for $6/person/day (subject to change). Pool availability is subject to, and at, the discretion of the Massanutten Property Owner Association. Tennis courts are also located by the pool. Most Resort activities are available to our guests for an additional fee and should be booked online before your arrival, through Massanutten Resort's website. **Please note some activities may sell out in advance, especially on holidays and weekends. We cannot guarantee access to the amenities and amenity closure/availability is not a refundable cancellation reason. **
Outdoor surveillance is located on exterior entrances. It is motion activated.
This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations as well as federal and state laws and ordinances.
This is a residential community - please respect the community and the neighbors and know your nearby neighbors may be full time residents.

This home has designated parking at the home in the driveway for two cars.
Please keep all tires off the road.

There is an overflow parking area if needed, located at 4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten.
Buses, campers, and RV's may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads.
Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
No open fires are permitted in Massanutten. This is a high wildfire risk area!
Fires are strictly prohibited at this property except in the designated fire table provided. A spark screen must be used at all times and the fire may NEVER be left unattended.
No fire table use during quiet hours (10:00PM - 8:00AM)
Firepits and Grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions.
Check MassanuttenVillage.com or electronic sign at entrance to the Resort for updates.
No illegal substances are permitted at the home and open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area.
A maximum of (2) pre-approved pets are allowed at this property for an additional pet fee.
A leash is always required when outside. Please clean up after your pet.
Do not place garbage/trash outside, including on screened in porches, decks or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property. All Trash must be taken to the dumpsters located at 4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten, at check out.
A minimum fee of $75 will be assessed if trash is not removed.

A propane firepit is available for guests' use on the screened in porch.
This home has a gas grill - Charcoal is not allowed. If you use charcoal in the gas grill you will be billed for damages (including but not limited to a new grill.)
If any items are unplugged from an outlet or device (like a tv), please be sure to plug it back in before checkout
Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors
Turn off all lights when leaving the property.
Please read the checkout instruction on the refrigerator and in the Welcome Book. Note that check out is at 10 a.m.
Interior locked closets are off limits to guests.
Only registered guests are to be in the house.
Leave the doors and windows closed if the heat or AC is in use.
Trash must be taken to the dumpster near the house at check out. A minimum fee of $75 will be assessed if trash is not removed.
There are cameras that record audio and video based on movement at the front and back of the home, as well as one to record the driveway area.
Pet Rules
-We are not able to host puppies under nine months old and/or any dog that is not housebroken.
-Pet waste needs to be cleaned up promptly and disposed of properly.
-Must be crated when in the house alone.
-Stay off all furniture
-Must have advance notice of pet on property.
-Can not be left alone outside.
