Nestled in the middle of Massanutten Four Season Resort, Cub Cabin offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway or new views for your telework station, this property has it all. With an abundance of light, a stone fireplace, and a screened in porch, you are sure to get some much-needed relaxation in the mountains.
Minutes away from Massanutten Ski Lodge, two 18-hole golf courses, and year round indoor/outdoor water park.

PLEASE READ: Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7AM every day.
PARKING - All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.
Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots. Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed at the owners cost.
If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive and the Hopkins Park parking lot located at 1977 Massanutten Drive.
NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.

TRASH – ALL TRASH MUST BE BAGGED. At the end of your stay you must put all bags in the large black contractor bag prior to being put in the outside trash can. Trash is picked up every Monday, even on holidays (except Christmas). If you are checking out Tuesday-Friday and have a significant amount of trash, please remove all trash from the property and bring to the dump. If the lid does not close on the trash can it must be taken to the dump. They can be thrown in the dumpsters located off Peak Drive in the back of the Owner’s pool parking lot, 4007 Peak Drive. Excessive trash left at the property is subject to a fee.

Reminder to call 911 for all emergency requests. Security can be called if you have a noise complaint, see open fires, someone parked in the road, oversized vehicles, suspicious activity, etc. The phone number for the on-site Security officer is 540-820-3810.

The Cozy Cabin was wonderful for our quick trip to Massanutten. It is close to all activities and fully stocked with everything our family needed for a wonderful stay.Tori was very responsive and made sure our check in was smooth. The large family room is perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. All the rooms are well appointed with more than enough room for our family. The game room was a hit with our teens who we picked up from JMU to go sledding.

Great place
This is my second time staying at the Cub Cabin. We enjoyed it the first time, and even more this time. The Cub Cabin is perfect for us, it’s cozy, inviting, and has everything you need to enjoy your mountain stay. Graduation weekend 2024! GO DUKES!
Our family stayed here during graduation weekend! It was perfect for our party of seven! JMU was only a 25 minute car ride away. We enjoyed dinner at Romanos and Hanks. Let’s not forget Klines for some delicious ice cream! The cabin is well stocked and clean. Loved the ping pong table! :) Would definitely come back! Highly recommend!

A clean and comfortable home away from home
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Cub Cabin. There are so many thoughtful touches that really make it cozy and comfortable. The layout is great with space to spread out and also for everyone to gather. Most importantly everything was extremely clean. Communication from the owners was great and the location was wonderful. I would definitely stay again!

Cub Cabin was nothing short of awesome. The location was amazing, close to all of the local attractions. The cabin itself was the perfect size for us, it was cozy and comfortable, just what we were looking for. We spent most of our time in the living room, in front of the fire place. There was wood provided, we purchased a couple of fire starter logs from the local Walmart. Tori and Jake were extremely responsive when we had questions, replying in just minutes of our emails. We highly recommend, and plan to come back again and again. Book with confidence, you won’t be disappointed.

Great Massanutten Find!
Our family stayed one night while visiting JMU and we very pleased with this house! Check-in/out and all communications were easy. Location was easy to find. We enjoyed the fire pit and screened-in porch during the evening, and then moved inside for game night at the dining room table and then to the ping pong table! The little extras like disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, coffee/tea, and even popcorn were a great bonus. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Massanutten get away
Excellent experience! Clean, plenty of space, and the house was very good choice for our families needs. The resort provided most of our entertainment with the adventure park, indoor & outdoor water park, and other amenities. We ventured out to visit the best wineries and loved the local food establishments. There’s plenty to see but couldn’t fit it all in. We plan to visit again in the fall. Thank you Tori and Jake.
