Your cozy getaway awaits in McGaheysville in an adorable chalet named "A-Frame of Mind." With 4 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds, and 1 queen sleeper sofa, this charming retreat offers a phenomenal space for guests to unwind. The area boasts restaurants, shops, skiing & snowboarding, mountain biking, indoor/outdoor waterpark, golf and more! You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. NOTE: We’re in process of making lots of updates to the property (i.e. furniture, appliances, paint, etc.) so it’s likely that the photos may not match exactly to the listing.

IMPORTANT RULES WITHIN MASSANUTTEN: This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!

• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
