Perfect valentine's weekend away from the hustle & bustle .
My wife and I visit from Wheeling West Virginia area for Valentine’s Day 2025. We were looking for a place that was secluded and we found it here . The cabin was very private which we liked . The cabin was very clean , well organized and fully stock kitchen . The king size bed was super comfy , definitely on the softer side . Hot tub worked very well and was a great add on to a peaceful weekend. The owners were very responsive along with making sure every need was met .We plan to revisit with our kids this summer .Don’t second guess on this cabin, just book it . Well worth it . I rate it a five out of five. .

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin in the woods! This is one of the cleanest vrbos we have stayed in and we travel often! The owner was easy to communciate with and checked on us several times during our stay. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!.

Peace and solitude
Total seclusion. If peace, solitude, and connecting to nature are what you are after, then this is your place. Each morning was filled with wildlife. Deer grazing and flocks of wild turkey passing by. The owner remained in touch throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The home is clean and furniture comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We were there during peak fall colors making all of our hikes throughout The Hocking Hills magnificent. Coming back to the silence of this property and soaking in the hot tub under the stars and breathing in the autumn smells was perfection. We left feeling renewed.

Took my family to this cabin for a little fall getaway. It was perfect for my 5 & 6 year old. They loved the hot tub and the little bed in the loft. Great property, very secluded.

Beautiful property
The property is absolutely gorgeous and very secluded. The drive up to the property can be a little scary at times, but it is well worth it. Having the hot tub on the upper deck under the stars at night is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of hiking.

Beautiful. Secluded. Well taken care of. Plenty of towels, dishes, blankets. Loved the hot tub. The picnic area, grills, televisions. Good idea to review directions if you're using GPS when you get within 10 to 15 miles of property. Wifi intermittent. Only one bathroom. I had 4 teenage girls with me. Lol

Fabulous cabin!
My six friends and I had an amazing stay. The property was super clean and had everything we needed! It’s close to both Athens and Hocking Hills, and the property is secluded and peaceful. We all enjoyed looking at the stars each night in the hot tub!

My only criticism of this property is that the pictures don't do it justice. It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! This is exactly what myself and my girlfriends needed. It was so peaceful and so beautiful. I can't recommend it enough!

The Perfect Peaceful Hideaway
This place is perfect for a weekend getaway. The place is completely surrounded with woods and the drive back in to the cabin is amazing. Everything was super clean and it had all the kitchen amenities you need plus more. I would love to come back to this place.

Beautiful Seclusion
Property was even nicer than the listing shows. If you are looking to get away and enjoy a little seclusion then this is the place. Almost 2 miles off “the hard road” back through beautiful forest. Private, quiet and tranquil. Lots of property to wander and explore with plenty of wildlife to enjoy. Don’t miss enjoying your morning beverage while watching Woodpecker Central in the dead tree off the deck behind the hot tub. Check in and out couldn’t be easier and Cate was easy to work with. Close enough to Logan to enjoy restaurants and attractions (shout out to Jack Pine Glass Blowing Studios) and Hocking Hills SP trails are spectacular! So much to see and experience there! Would definitely go back.

Secluded Cabin
We really enjoyed our time there. It's very secluded since it's down a gravel lane (one lane). It was well maintained and had no problem getting back there. Winter might be another story. The outside of the property is well maintained, there is some storage and equipment on site but it's out of the way. The deck wraps around most of the house and is perfect for sitting back and enjoying nature. The hot tub was really nice too. Inside is nice with a rustic aesthetic mixed with all the modern creature comforts. The living room, upstairs and downstairs, was nice. The kitchen had all the amenities you needed and was nicely laid out. Bedrooms were nice too. Only complaint is getting up to the bed in the loft. The staircase is very steep, if you except to use make the person sleeping there has no mobility issues. Overall the place was great and Kate was prompt in getting back to us with any questions/concerns. I will happily stay here again next time I vist the area.
