Rented a room but ac unit was not functioning. Went to front desk to let them know but said they couldn’t do anything since they didn’t have extra rooms. When I went to check out I brought up the issue again because I wasn’t able to rest since it was hot in the room. I asked for a discount or anything to help out with the inconvenience but the person at the front desk was not able to give me one.

Average hotel- renovation needed
It is an old hotel so the facilities in general need to be renovated. The room smelled bad, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, too hard so my wife and I got back and neck pain. No water included, we had to pay 4 bucks for 2 small water bottles, since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere the is not other option. Breakfast was Ok and liked that just a few guests around. Plenty of space in the parking area.
