Overall the place was clean with friendly staff. However in the room I was placed in stil had trash from previous people staying in the room, coffee filter was still in coffee pot and mattresses were warped in the middle making it difficult to sleep comfortably. I thought the indoor swimming pool would be larger too. Was disappointed to apply Wyndham rewards for free to use later checkout and never received a response as to being approved or not. Days I stayed did not show heavy flow of reservations to not have a response.

To be honest the toilet wasnt working properly and the water wouldnt get hot , i was hoping to see if i could get a discount next time around if you dont mind , and people kept knocking on our walls and the tv was not functioning properly

I love staying here. We stay here when we visit Alamo but this time we got a room that was old. The bed was very hard. We were used to the temperpedic beds they had before. We got a room without the safety lock on top. It looked like it had been broken off. The staff is always great. The coffee for me is important so they never disappoint.
