Extremely attentive and respectful service all around. Very clean and neat and modern. Family friendly but not overrun with kids either. Noisy with the bandas on the beach all day and evening (as expected) but surprisingly quiet at night after 11. Activity schedule was somewhat sporadic and inconsistent but activity directors were very nice and fun. Didn’t love the towel key policy but I understand it too. More hand towels and washcloths would also be nice. All in all, a fantastic stay and we would return again.

The property itself was so clean and modern. The staff in the buffet and the cacao cafe was amazing but once it got to the pool area/ beach front I was ignored. The workers were getting drunk with other guest while we kept waiting for our food. Not profesional at all.
