Everything about my stay was amazing! From the people at the rooftop restaurant to the ones at the lobby everyone was so friendly. Only thing that could’ve made it better is a mini fridge and microwave.

The property was descent , the staff at the door when you get dropped off where all great and friendly , I got ocean view and room was descent .view was amazing balcony was great , the only thing it needed was a mini fridge.

Free WiFi. No hand towels or face towels provided. Had to purchase some to use. Loudest place I’ve ever stayed. Restaurant above our room was noise late into the evening and bringer and early in the morning. Lots of noise in the hallway. The infinity pool was cute but very small to accommodate a hotel of guests. Breakfast brunch was only 250 pesos. It was nice with a great view of the ocean. It was an okay stay. I probably would not return due to the noise level and lack of sleep.

I loved the hotel we stayed at in Mazatlán! Our bus arrived at 10am and they let us check in early, which was such a nice surprise. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We asked for a blanket, and they had it ready for us right away. The next day when we went out, we came back to a little swan made out of towels and even a bow on the toilet paper — it was such a sweet surprise. The hotel felt very secure too. One day, we saw a group of guys trying to hang around the parking area, and security kindly asked them to leave since they didn’t have hotel bracelets. That made us feel even safer.
