Hotel well maintained, didn’t like the entrance to the room being around the side of the hotel on the edge of the property, the path leading there wasn’t well lit and a bit slippery after the rain in the dark. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly, excellent service from the bell boy.

The resort is located on one of Barbados' great beaches. They allow you to set up chairs where you want them to be and the staff will put up an umbrella at your chosen spot. Very nice and clean resort. Two good restaurants to choose from and very friendly staff.

Michael and Chris at poolside were amazing. Always friendly and accommodating. Joshua and Gregory behind the bar were personable and were very efficient with their service. Front desk rocked. Super accommodating and a big shout out to maintenance and ever present security. Totally recommend this resort sandwiched between Oistens and the Gap. Great beach. We are already planning our return to this slice of heaven. Meals at Calabash were tasty and beautifully presented.

Lovely stay!
Great stay! Everyone at bougainvillea is very warm and kind. The staff always look out for you, and the rooms are spacious. You feel you’re in luxury, maids always come and wash your dishes and organize the room. Highly recommend for future stays!

The hotel is well located. The beach is beautiful although a little rougher on the south coast than the west coast. Nearby the Gap. Rooms are fantastic. Big condo style with a full kitchen.

We had a great time at Bougainvillea. The staff was friendly, but i feel as if there was not much to walk to around the resort. The island tour was a waste of money and we were even told by another driver outside of resort that what we saw on the island tour was a rip off. Other than that we had a nice long weekend.

We stayed one week in a Duluxe One Bed Suite and had a lovely time. Very clean and spacious for 2 adults and one child. On the ground floor which was ideal for coming/going to the beach. Quite busy for October half term but always a sun lounger available on the beach. Supermarket one mile away if you're self catering and no car. Can walk or get local bus. Would recommend this hotel if friends went that part of the island.

The Staff was amazing! They knew who we were and called us by our names. The staff tried to assist us in various ways. The beginning was a little rocky because there was a mold situation in the room. The staff quickly contacted maintenance and eradicated the situation with care and continued to check on us to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. There was lots of laughter and joy experienced during our stay with the staff.

The staff was very nice and hospitable, but sometimes was not informative ie when breakfast started/ ended. After hours there should be someway to obtain ice or and ice pack for medical issues. When we asked at the desk there was no options for ice or a bandaid.
