It started when I tried to call the property to see if we were able to check in early and we kept getting hung up on. Then we got there and we signed the wrong room order the king room and we’re assigned double beds. There was no hot water. The toilet would not flush. The air was stuck on 72 the whole time, and the parking was very limited. We had to walk all the way from the street to the hotel then four buildings down to our assigned room. The staff was unpleasant. We were not able to get clean towels. We had two towels for our three day stay was good however the portions were light , the drink prices are good, but I don’t think that we will return for a day next time

I recently stayed at this hotel, at first everything looked great, the view, a decent sized pool, the room we were in had two decent sized beds and a nice looking bathroom. Heres where the problem is, the toilet didn't flush, the water pressure from the shower was horrible and it had roaches. The staff barely did anything to help. Although the breakfast was decent I would not stay at this hotel again.

Awful, rude, view is beautifull
We have been trying to contact as we had to leave 4 days earlier. Ibhot aick with the food and my Husband coild barely walk due to a very bad mattress. The people were so rude. Youbvoikd not ask any questions or they woild be upset. We need a refubd from the days we ddi not stay.

To begin, my son and I really enjoyed our time at this hotel. It was a pleasant surprise for us at an affordable price. However, the establishment prides themselves on cleanliness, but we found 3 large roaches in our room. The staff immediately changed our room and the next one was roach free despite the dead one we found behind the refrigerator. Overall, our stay was fun and memorable. Service was good and facilities was great for families
