Assigned 2 rooms: 1sg was occupied. 2nd room was not cleaned. Third room had dirty sheets and towels. Tbis stay was for attending a funeral. Never again at this location.

Dirty Sheets And Pillows…Headboard and Tables Not wiped or Sanitized…Breakfast Was Not Even Average…No Meat just Half Done Boiled Egg and Waffles…Please Have Some Standards in your Establishment…My Opinion…Closed and Renovate and Clean Thoroughly…This is In Matteson,Illinois a Nice Neighborhood…And For Almost $150 and $150 Hold it Should be Better…Chairs and Floors was Dirty…I Hope You Change or Fire All House keepers… I Expected More Because of Where it Is…But No!!! It Needs to Be Inspected for Quality And Not Called Quality Inn until it’s Up to Quality!!!
