Access by external staircase, the entrance serves: a bright living room / lounge with fireplace insert (wood not provided) 2-seater sofa bed, a French window opens onto a terrace with beautiful lake view, a very well-equipped recessed kitchen (LV, oven, 2 refrigerators, freezer, ceramic hob, high and low storage), a shower room, separate toilets. Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms with 140 beds / cupboards, one of the bedrooms opens onto a balcony with a beautiful lake view.
On the ground floor, a living room with a kitchen area (fridge, washing machine, ceramic hob), a bedroom (140 cm bed), a bathroom/WC, all opening onto a large terrace. This chalet also has a garage.
