It is located on the second floor of a villa and offers a well-equipped interior for a comfortable stay. Feel at home in the nicely furnished rooms and spend carefree vacations with your loved ones.

To the apartment belongs a small fenced garden for cozy hours outdoors. Make yourself comfortable in the shade with a cold refreshment while the little ones play on the lawn, and later gather for a summer dinner on the covered terrace.

Ferienwohnung Marina dei Ronchi
Auf den ersten Blick schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung in guter Lage sehr nah am Meer und kleinem öffentlichem Strand. Beim näheren Hinsehen viele Mängel. Mangelnde Sauberkeit bei Anreise. Möbel und Bäder zum Teil nicht funktionsfähig oder beschädigt. Klappbett im dritten Schlafraum eignet sich nicht für Erwachsene. Wir mussten ein aufblasbares Bett privat einsetzen. Insektenschutz sehr wichtig aber zum Teil beschädigt oder nicht nutzbar. Nächtliche Belüftung zum Teil schwierig. Mehr Ventilatoren wären wünschenswert. Kommunikation mit der Agentur vor Ort war gut und man wahr Hilfsbereit im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten. In der Anzeige waren 2 Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück angegeben. Es wurde uns jedoch nur ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück gegeben das andere Auto musste in der Privatstraße parken. Aufgrund der vielen Mängel würden wir hier nicht nochmal buchen - Preis/Leistung stimmt hier nicht
