They were renovating...never got a chance to stay
Hotels, guesthouses, B&B's must keep their listings current on this site. If you are not available, customers should not be able to make a reservation. This guesthouse was renovating, hence my driver from the airport taking me to another location. Thankfully he called ahead and found out it was unavailable before driving there. Had he dropped me off, I wouldn't have been stranded.

The staff was friendly. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The only complaint was that there was no bottled water in the room as stated. I asked staff for bottled water and I was promised but never received for the duration of my stay.

The property is clean. The staff is friendly and they are willing to go the extra mile to make guests comfortable. There are only two issues they need to fix: 1. They don't offer meals (lunch or dinner) even on request. If you did not come with your own car the eateries are far (back to town in 4 km). 2. The Wifi does not work. The whole time i was there i was not connected to the outside world.

Minor Problems such as no hot water in the morning and toilet not flushing were handled promptly by staff. Daily Breakfast was nice and staff helpful. Clean sheets and linen. Only improvement would be to have an iron available.

One of the best places to stay
The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful, the cook did amazing breakfast, overall a great place to stay when you visit Lesotho. Unfortunately the wi-fi wasn't working that well.

Excelente lugar para quem visita Maseru
O staff foi fantástico e recebeu-nos muito bem. A cozinheira cozinha muito bem e apesar de não ser comum, serviram-nos o jantar. O pequeno almoço era delicioso. O quarto era muito bonito e confortável, mas não tinha ar condicionado e o wi-fi teve sempre com problemas.
