my accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children), sea lovers and hikers because the village is located in a wonderful valley and close to a temple where there are hiking trails. it is also indicated for the elderly because the country is peaceful.


In the village there is everything you need: 2 markets, cellar, pharmacy, bank, post office, 5 bars, 1 pizzeria, clothing store, butchers, the weekly market, soccer field and tobacconist's. At 6 km from Martis in the village of Chiaramonti there is a swimming pool open in the summer.

Einfach nur frech...
Wir hatten das Haus eigentlich für zwei Wochen gebucht, sind aber nach einer Nacht wieder ausgezogen. Das Haus wurde uns dreckig übergeben wofür wir auch noch 50€ Reinigungsgebühr bezahlen mussten. Wir sind mit 6 Personen angereist und es waren nur 5 Stühle vorhanden wovon auch noch zwei kaputt waren!!! Über irgendwelche Kabel die in der Wand raushingen, kam eine Armee von Ameisen und haben sich ihren Weg durch das Haus gesucht. Alle Wasserhähne und Abläufe waren ziemlich stark vergammelt sowie verdreckt, die Dusche war auch sehr unsauber. Im ganzen Haus hingen irgendwelche Schläuche aus der Wand. Es gab zwei Couchen, die größere war ok aber schon sehr in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, bei der kleineren fällt man rechts und links durch wenn man sich drauf setzt und unten stehen mehrere verrostete Schrauben heraus was für Kinder sehr gefährlich ist. In der Anzeige wurden Gartenmöbel angeboten wovon nichts vorhanden war, es wurde uns eine dreckige Bierbank hingestellt. Draußen war alles voller Schafskacke was angeblich eine Nacht vorher passiert ist... Es waren fünf Kinderspielzeuge draußen vorhanden wovon vier einfach Kaputt/gefährlich waren. Der allgemeine Außenzustand war Katastrophe, alles ungepflegt verwahrlost usw. Es laufen viele streunende Katzen und Hunde draußen herum mit Verletzungen diversen Flöhen/Käfern und und und die auch andauernd in das Haus rein wollten. Die Haustüre ließ sich nicht absperren. Leider reicht der Platz nicht für mehr sonst würde es weiter gehen ...

Kleines Paradies
Absolut ruhige Lage mit wunderschöner weiter Aussicht in die Berge. Außer Kuhglocken hin und wieder nichts zu hören, für Ruhesuchende nur zu empfehlen. Wohnung genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, ums Haus große Terrasse und Garten, u.a. mit Kräutern, Oliven und Feigenbäumen. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und eine herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen immer erreichbar ist. Einer meiner erholsamsten Urlaube, werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :). Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

een vakantiewoning op een geweldige plek.
Het is een fijne, zeer ruime woning. Giovanna is een hartelijke hostes. Naast deze woning is nog een onderkomen ,ook van Giovanna. Als je voor op het terras zit waan je je in the middle of nowhere. Prachtig uitzicht. De sleutel overdracht was prima, zoals afgesproken. Eigenlijk het enige nadeel was , er is geen wifi en dat is voor velen toch wel een punt. Qua prijs / kwaliteit kan ik deze woning zeker aanraden.
