The location and sea view was amazing. There could be earlier communication with the exact address earlier from owner. Overall a great place and good experience.

L'appartamento è un seminterrato con molta umidità, che viene stemperata dai climatizzatori. Nel bagno la doccia presenta diverse incrostazioni e la carta igienica era quasi terminata (abbiamo dovuto usare i nostri fazzoletti di carta). La posizione è ottima ma manca un parcheggio riservato e non è affatto facile trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze. L'indirizzo indicato è quello fronte mare, mentre in realtà il civico è quello della traversa accanto, per questo abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà nel trovarlo. Per l'utilizzo di una notte come abbiamo fatto noi non è un problema, ma non ci passerei le vacanze.

Vacanze di vero relax
Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso 5 gg in questo appartamento a 40 passi (contati) dal mare. Appartamento pulito, comodo, funzionale, completo di tutti gli elettrodomestici, pentolame e stoviglie. Locali arredati con gusto e molto freschi. Massima disponibilità del proprietario e del figlio. Tutti i servizi : ristoranti, bar, bazar, tabacchi, edicola, alimentari e supermercati, mercato del pesce raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Si parcheggia la macchina all'arrivo e la si riaccende alla partenza! Non potevamo sperare di trovare di meglio per le nostre vacanze. Veramente un soggiorno a 5 stelle! Consigliamo a tutti di fare un'esperienza in questo appartamento. Grazie Lucio per il gradito omaggio e per averci dato l'opportunità di godere di questa vacanza. A presto

schönes Haus, transparentes Meer
Der Besitzer war sehr nett und gab mir alle Informationen. Das Haus war perfekt. Küche und Bad sehr sauber und duftend. Hochwertige moderne Einrichtung. Die Schlafzimmer waren perfekt. Ich fühlte mich wie in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Der Garten ist direkt am Meer. Besser geht es nicht. Danke Lucio .. ist der Name des Besitzers.

the most beautiful holiday home you could wish for
the house is beautiful and the owner welcomed me like a queen. everything was perfect, air conditioning in every room, kitchen with new pots and pans, dishwasher and fridge perfect and fragrant. The bedrooms a dream. The big garden in front of the sea is the most beautiful thing and all this makes this holiday unique. The owner also gave me an excellent white wine and I toasted the evening in the big garden with a big moon above the waves of the sea. Thank you LUBAR vacation rentals .. I will be back soon.

Eine schimmelige und muffig riechende Kellerwohnung
Die Wohnung ist nicht wie beschrieben im Erdgeschoss, sondern halb im Keller. Feuchte Wände im Sockelbereich die grob überstrichen wurden, um die Schimmelflecken zu verbergen. Das ist an den meisten Stellen so stümperhaft gemacht worden, das es schon wieder offensichtlich war. An mehreren Stellen bröckelte der feuchte schimmelige Putz von den Wänden. Alle Schränke waren so schmutzig das wir sie alle auswaschen mussten, bevor wir unsere Sachen einräumen konnten. In allen Schränken roch es muffig nach feuchtem Schimmel. Auch Duftspray schaffte es nicht in den zwei Wochen den üblen Geruch zu beseitigen. Bei Ankunft war auch der Backofen stark verschmutzt, die Spülmaschine stank extrem nach Fisch, Geschirr und Besteck mussten gespült werden, die Dichtungen von Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank waren mit schwarzem Schimmel belegt, Sockelleisten und Lüftungsgitter waren total verdreckt, Kochgeschirr war verrostet und der Esszimmertisch aus Metall, war ebenfalls verrostet. So etwas als 5 Sterne Ferienwohnung anzubieten ist eine Bodenlose Frechheit, die man nur als Abzocke bezeichnen kann. Der Vermieter zeigte sich nach Ansprechen der gravierenden Mängel beleidigt und verständnisslos. Er meinte wenn wir 5 Sterne haben wollen sollten wir doch in ein Hotel gehen. Ich habe einige Fotos der Schimmelstellen, der verdreckten Küche und rostigen Gegenständen gemacht. So geht man nicht mit Feriengästen um, die sich auf ihren Sommerurlaub freuen. Genaugenommen hat diese Behausung keinen Stern verdient. Der eine ist nur für die Lage.
