Completely renovated and furnished, equipped with air conditioning, composed of entrance hall and well-equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, nespresso espresso machine, sofa bed and 32 'LCD TV, corridor, double bedroom with mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers with drawers , bedside tables and lcd tv, bedroom with three beds, bathroom with window complete with bidet, shower, washing machine and hairdryer.
The apartment has a large terrace with table and chairs and access stairs to the private garden with gate, where you can spend relaxing moments.
The neighborhood is full of restaurants, chalets, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, post office and shops of all kinds, very close to the pharmacy and medical guard.
The seafront is equipped with a 17 km long cycle path, sidewalk for walking, tennis courts, beach volleyball, Bau Beach.
In the adjacent street it is possible to rent tandem risciĆ³ bikes.

Italian Hospitality to the Max!!
If I could give this place and the owner 10 stars I would have! Not only was the apartment beautiful and spacious but was stoked better than any VRBO I've stayed in. The host/owner was there to great us with fresh produce and everything we needed for a "proper" Italian dinner. Her kindness and generosity verified to me, once again, the warm and welcoming hearts of the Italian people. Thanks so much for everthing!!!

Relaxing and Family Friendly
We loved our time at Barbara's beautiful apartment in Villa Rosa. Barbara is a wonderful and attentive host who clearly wants her guests to enjoy and make the most of their time in Villa Rosa - she even gave us a lovely basket of goodies from the local market upon our arrival. The beach is a short walk from the apartment and there's a great cycle/jogging path that runs along the coast for many kms. The town is safe and ideal for families. There's plenty of eating options there and in the neighbouring towns. If you've had enough of the beach, head inland into the hills and visit lovely towns like Ascoli Piceno (try the olives there, mmm) and Tortoreta alta. We're looking forward to our next trip back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Rosa in Barbaraā€™s attractively furnished, immaculately clean & spacious apartment with a deliciously comfortable bed & stacks of storage. We were welcomed with a very generous gift of fresh food & wine which kept us supplied with meals for several days. On requesting information as to where we could purchase Italian SIM cards for our phones Barbara & her nephew Sergio drove us to buy them & translated for us throughout the process, for which we were very grateful. Barbara also gave us suggestions for beautiful places to visit in the area as well as restaurants we could try, & checked with us regularly to see if there was anything extra we needed. One of the perks of staying at Villa Rosa was its proximity to the beach & the ownership of an umbrella & 2 lounges which we used to great advantage. Walks along the foreshore as well as the opportunity to explore mountain regions & delightful hilltop villages with stunning views over the surrounding countryside made this a visit to remember & thoroughly recommend. Zu erst mƶchten wir uns bei der Vermieterin Barbara bedanken. Sie ist sehr Gastfreundlich, sie hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles erklƤrt. Wir wurden mit einer Kiste frischem GemĆ¼se und Obst, einer selbstgemachten Tomatensauce und einer Flasche Wein empfangen. Die Wohnung ist wie in im Internet beschrieben, sehr sauber und schƶn. Der Ort Villa Rosa bietet alles fĆ¼r einen tollen Urlaub. Vielen Dank fĆ¼r alles.

Super Unterkunft!!
Wie schon die anderen GƤste vor uns berichtet haben, kƶnnen wir uns dem nur anschlieƟen. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Durch die StrandnƤhe ist steht dem Strandurlaub nichts im Wege. Auch wir bekamen von Barbara ein BegrĆ¼ĆŸungsgeschenk. An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank. Sehr aufmerksam! Ferien am Meer :) Top Location
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder 7-12 J.) hatten ein wunderbaren 14-tƤgigen Urlaub in Villa Rosa, bei der lieben Vermieterin Barbara. Auch wir durften uns Ć¼ber einen leckeren Geschenkekorb und zahlreiche Tipps freuen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schƶn und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alle drei Kinder fanden im Kinderzimmer eine Schlafmƶglichkeit, was uns sehr wichtig war, das jedes Kind ein Bett hat. Das Meer ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, daher perfekt fĆ¼r einen Badeurlaub! (Haus steht in der 3. Reihe) Die Gegend ist ruhig, Villa Rosa ist ein netter auch eher ruhiger Ort, dies war fĆ¼r uns als Familie wunderbar. (FĆ¼r jĆ¼ngere die gern etwas mehr Leben um sich haben, ist vielleicht der Nachbarort Alba Adriatica interessant.) Ums Eck der Wohnung findet man fuƟlƤufig, CafĆ©s, Eisdielen, Restaurants usw. (Uns wurde das Restaurant "Il Nibbio" empfohlen, aber wir waren auch daneben bei "Il Gabbiano" und da begeistert, jedes Gericht hat uns dort geschmeckt.) Das Apartment hat einen Gartentzugang, das war fĆ¼r uns super praktisch da wir dort unser SUP und Strandspielsachen ablegen konnten. Es war wirklich ein sehr schƶner Urlaub und empfehlen Barbara bzw. Barbaras Apartment gerne weiter :) (Das einzige was zu erwƤhnen ist: das Haus ist hellhƶrig, wir wurden vom Wecker des Nachbarn Ć¼ber uns, immer wieder um 5:21 Uhr mit geweckt und auch seinen Badbesuch mit der "SpĆ¼lung" konnten wir verfolgen)

Barbara, la proprietaria ci ha accolti bene e ci ha mostrato la casa appena sanificata. Era tutto in ordine e come da fotografie. Inoltre ci ha accolti offrendoci un cesto di primizie locali e suggerendoci altri posti da visitare e dove mangiare. Ottima la posizione della casa vicino alla spiaggia sia libera che a pagamento e al centro del paese, dai negozi e ristoranti. Abbiamo passato proprio una bella vacanza.

Traumhafter Urlaub in den Abbruzen
Der Urlaub in den Abruzzen in der Ferienwohnung von Barbara war sensationell. Wir bekamen eine super saubere Wohnung von einer sehr charmanten Gastgeberin Ć¼bergeben. Es gab eine kleine Ɯbergabe, wo alles wissenswerte erzƤhlt wurde und sogar ein BegrĆ¼ĆŸungsgeschenk mit Lebensmittel aus der Region. Eine super nette Geste. In der Wohnung fĆ¼hlt man sich sofort wohl, alles sieht neu und gepflegt aus. Per Whatsapp kann man mit Barbara kommunizieren und es werden viele Ausflugstipps und Insiderwissen ausgetauscht. Zum Strand lƤuft man 150 Meter und ist fĆ¼r Kinder optimal. Der Strand fƤllt sehr langsam ab und die Kinder kƶnnen im sauberen Sand spielen oder Muscheln suchen. FĆ¼r TagesausflĆ¼ge ist der Ort Villa Rosa ebenfalls gut geeignet, nach Rom fƤhrt man gerade einmal 2 Std, San Marino ist genauso weit weg und lohnt sich ebenfalls, in der nƤheren Umgebung gibt es sehr schƶne Bergdƶrfer die darauf warten entdeckt zu werden. Auf jeden Fall muss man sich das Mittelalter StƤdtchen Ascoli Piceno ansehen, diese Stadt sollte man sich auch gerne in den Abendstunden ansehen, denn dann wird alles angestrahlt und in eine besondere AtmosphƤre getaucht. FuƟlƤufig von der Ferienwohnung gibt es schƶne Restaurants wo man gut essen kann. Besonders hat uns das Fischrestaurant IL Nibbio gefallen, hier gibt es die besten Fischgerichte und auch Pizzen. Unseren Urlaub verbrachten wir Anfang Oktober in Villa Rosa und das Wetter war noch super und wir konnten fast jeden Tag im Meer baden. In dieser Zeit war es am Strand nicht mehr voll und wir konnten problemlos mit unserem Hund Ć¼berall an den Strand. Wenn wir Bewertungspunkte abgeben kƶnnten, dann hƤtte die Wohnung fĆ¼nf von fĆ¼nf Sterne bekommen. Noch einmal Danke an Barbara das wir in ihrer Ferienwohnung Gast sein durften. Wenn wir noch einmal in diese Gegend reisen, werden wir wieder versuchen hier Urlaub zu machen.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Jungs im Alter von 9 und 13 Jahren zu Gast in Barbaras geschmackvoll, modern und komfortabel eingerichteter Ferienwohnung, die eine strategisch unglaublich gĆ¼nstige Lage hat : 150 m fuƟlƤufig vom Strand Ć¼ber ruhige NebenstraƟen in einem reinen Wohngebiet und zugleich keine 100 m von der Hauptader von Villa Rosa entfernt, an der sich Einkaufs- und vielfƤlige gastronomische Mƶglichkeiten bieten. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und war fĆ¼r uns ein perfekter Standort, um entspannte und schƶne Badetage am Meer zu genieƟen. Wir mussten das Auto nicht einmal bewegen. Barbara ist eine auƟergewƶhnlich zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die uns eine sehr saubere und liebevoll vorbereitete Wohnung mit stabilem Wlan Ć¼bergeben hat (nicht zu unterschƤtzendes Kriterium fĆ¼r Reisen mit Teenagern) und jederzeit fĆ¼r Fragen und Tipps zur VerfĆ¼gung stand. Wir werden wiederkommen - das ist sicher!

Ganz entspannter Urlaub
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2Jugendliche) haben uns im Appartment von Barbara sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Die Lage zum Strand und zur Eisdiele ist ideal. In der NƤhe ist auch ein kleiner Laden, der alles hat, Lebensmittel, Drogeriewaren, Haushaltswaren,... Und Barbara hat sich wirklich sehr freundlich um uns gekĆ¼mmert. Wer in ein Bagno mƶchte, kann Ć¼ber sie frĆ¼hzeitig PlƤtze reservieren, gerade in der Haupturlaubszeit ein echter Vorteil. Sie hat viele Tipps fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge, gute Restaurants oder aktuelle Veranstaltungen. Besonders schƶn war auch, dass wir nach der langen Anreise mit einem Korb voll leckerer Dinge aus der Region und einer Flasche Wein begrĆ¼ĆŸt wurden. Insgesamt ein sehr entspannter Urlaub und wir sagen nochmals Danke fĆ¼r alles.

Entspannter Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung
Die Wohnung der Vermieterin Barbara entspricht zu 100% den Bildern und der Beschreibung, ist sehr modern und komplett eingerichtet. Auch in der KĆ¼che findet man alles was zum kochen notwendig ist, es wurde an alles gedacht. Wir fanden uns sehr schnell zurecht und unsere Kinder haben sich in dem tollen Kinderzimmer sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Barbara hat sich sehr viel MĆ¼he gegeben und uns im Vorfeld bereits wegen Strand und vieler anderer Dinge gefragt. Da wir krankheitsbedingt erst viel spƤter fahren konnten war es auch fĆ¼r Sie Ć¼berhaupt kein Problem uns um 2 Uhr nachts zu empfangen und in die Wohnung zu lassen. Auch in den Folgetagen war sie immer sofort erreichbar und gab Tipps zum essen, shoppen oder half uns bei der Suche nach einem Kinderarzt. Villa Rosa selbst ist ein ruhiger, aber schƶner Ort mit tollem Strand in dessen Zentrum man alles notwendige wie Alimentari, Cafeteria, Eisdiele, Bar, oder diverse Restaurants findet. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten findet man in Val Vibrata das nƤchste groƟe Shopping Center. Mit dem Fahrrad lƤsst es sich bequem bis SanBenedetto radeln. Alles in allem sehr toll fĆ¼r einen entspannenden Urlaub mit der Familie.

Sehr freundliche und umsorgende Vermieterin.
Ein herzlicher Empfang und eine sehr gute touristische Betreuung. Die Lage der FeWo ist perfekt da man fĆ¼r den kurzen Weg zum ( Sand) Strand kein Fahrzeug benƶtigt. Rundum sehr schƶn und fĆ¼r Familien ( auch mit Hund) sehr empfehlenswert.

Proprietaria disponibilissima, all'arrivo ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di benvenuto con specialitĆ  locali! L'appartamento ĆØ come da descrizione, nuovo, pulito e vicino al mare, molto confortevole! Consigliatissimo!

Sehr schƶne und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man fĆ¼r den Urlaub benƶtigt. Die Ausstattung ist so gut wie neu und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Meter und Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der direkten Umgebung. Das beste allerdings war der Empfang durch die Vermieterin! Bei der Ankunft hat bereits eine heiƟe Lasagne, sowie Rotwein und Kuchen auf uns gewartet. Es war eine prima Zeit, DANKE

WohlfĆ¼hlurlaub von Anfang an
Eine sehr schƶne helle freundliche Wohnung. Sauberkeit top. Alles da, was man braucht, selbst die Sachen, die man gar nicht brauchen will (BĆ¼geleisen, BĆ¼gelbrett, Waschmaschine). Einrichtung mit persƶnlicher Note. Alles neu gemacht. Matratzen gut, jede Menge Stauraum. Der Balkon ist groƟ genug um auch mit 5 Personen gemĆ¼tlich zu sitzen.1 Minute bis zum Strand Ć¼ber das Gartentƶrchen, 1 Minute durch den Haupteingang in die Einkaufsstr., 5 Autominuten zum Einkaufszentrum. Aber das Beste am Appartement ist Barbara di Felice. Barbara, die nicht nur geduldig auf uns gewartet hat, als wir aufgrund einer Autobahnsperrung statt um 18.00 Uhr erst um 22.00 Uhr ankamen. Sie hat fĆ¼r uns Pizza besorgt, den Tisch liebevoll gedeckt, Flasche Wein im KĆ¼hlschrank, uns per whattsapp aufgemuntert, als es scheinbar gar nicht mehr weiterging. Sie hat uns wƤhrend des Urlaubs per whattsapp mit Veranstaltungstipps versorgt, Restaurantstipps (Zenobi in Colonella, klasse), Einkaufstipps (regionales GemĆ¼se und Obst, 2 Autominuten) und war Ć¼berhaupt immer ansprechbar. Sollten wir wieder in den sĆ¼dlichen Marken Urlaub machen, auf jeden Fall wieder bei Signora di Felice. Liebe Barbara, vielen Dank fĆ¼r alles. Ed ora lo trovo in italiano. Scusi per gli errori. Un appartamento molto gentile, bellissimo e chiaro. La pulizia ĆØ molto ottima. Tutte le cose si serve ci sono. Un ambiente personale e comoda. Tutto ĆØ nuovo. l'armadio molto spazioso, Il terazzo ĆØ sufficiente per 5 persone. Un minuto in spiaggia, un minuto nel strada per fare una spesa, andare a cena e altre cose. Ma il migliore dell'appartamento ĆØ Barbara. Una persona molto gentile, sempre pronto a dare aiuto, Ha dato buoni informazioni: Ristoranti, negozi, le feste....Cara Barbara tante grazie per tutto. Ritorniamo, era una vacanza meravigliosa.

Ottima vacanza
Ho soggiornato insieme a mio marito, mia figlia di 13 anni e il nostro Bovaro del Bernese di circa 3 anni dal 07 luglio fino al 18 luglio 2018. Siamo stati benissimo!!!!! Ci siamo ritrovati a soggiornare in un appartamento praticamente nuovo ( ĆØ stato completamente ristrutturato a maggio 2018) dotato di tutti i confort ( lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, macchina nespresso, aria condizionata ecc.),arredato con gusto in maniera assolutamente funzionale, dotato di un bel terrazzo ampio dove potevano cenare e di un piccolo giardino privato interamente recintato assolutamente indispensabile per chi come noi va in vacanza con il cane. Situato in una posizione ottimale a circa 100/150 metri dal mare e a 100/200 metri dai servizi principali ( pizzeria, ristorante, market ecc.). Mare pulito, spiaggia ampia, posto tranquillo. Devo assolutamente spendere delle parole per la proprietaria, la signora Barbara, una persona molto gentile e assolutamente disponibile; al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato nel frigorifero: frutta fresca, salsa di pomodoro, marmellata di albicocche, latte fresco, zucchine, pomodori , marmellata di sedano, pasta, crema di vaniglia, dado vegetale (tutti prodotti biologici buonissimi), nella dispensa olio, aceto sale,caffĆØ,tovaglie strofinacci, scottex, carta igienica ecc.ecc....che dire....in anni di vacanze in alloggi vari non ci era mai capitato tanta accortezza. Ritorneremo.
