Old property that has not kept up with maintenance. Rooms beat up, but clean. Stay in Charlestown unless you have to be that close to Harpers Ferry.

The lady at checkout was super nice as we were leaving early in the morning and making sure we got breakfast, and she made a great breakfast! We were appreciative to have coffee available. The room was clean and comfortable. The lady at check in was also nice.

Good: service by the front desk at check in and assistance by staff during our stay. Poor: filthy windows and corridor carpets, room smelled like cigarette smoke and was “musty “, no elevator. High price given the very basic amenities and poor condition.
