Management called immediately to confirm the reservation. Room was clean and had lovely blankets and sheets. Good value for the price. The walls were pretty thin as we could hear conversations clearly. But overall 4 out of 5 and would go back again

The room was very clean and comfortable. Located off the main road, traffic noise was at a minimum. Centrally located between beaches and conservation areas of the Trustees and Mass Audubon with lots of resturants in the area to choose from, all within a 10 minute drive.

Mary on reception was very helpful and efficient. Room was newly renovated, super clean and very spacious. Only bad points were lack of sockets and lights. The fridge/freezer was brilliant, but as we only stayed one night we didn't really use it, but if you were staying a while would be very useful.

Our room was on the 2nd floor right next to the in door. It advertised dog friendly and they did welcome us however everytime someone opened the in door and came in (near our room) our dogs barked, which is what dogs do. Wish we werehowever we were called at the funeral (which was the purpose of our trip) to come quiet them. Wish we were put on the lower level. The only other problem we had was the bed was extremely firm and very uncomfortable.

The room was pleasant but poorly arranged. Not enough outlets. The heat ran constantly although we turned the thermostat way down, so we ran the AC all night. Bed was very comfortable but pillows were all one size, therefore too big/firm for me. Linens were very nice. No soap in bathroom. No hair dryer. Construction mess on the deck, including piles of cigarette butts. The young people running the place were friendly and clearly trying to do well but appear to be in over their heads.

Beautiful inside renovations. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was well stocked with everything we needed and they checked multiple times a to ensure we were all set. We loved our stay here and would highly encourage others to book here as well!

Great stay at this hotel. The rooms were all renovated and the check in process was super easy. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The towels, pillows and comforters were very comfortable. The renovations came out great and the room was very modern. The location was also good and was a short drive to the beach.

Five Stars?
I am not sure how this place has five star reviews. The outside is dingy and run down and very little lighting in the parking lot. I immediately did not feel safe. Hallway has that old stale musty smoke smell. Room was clean. The bed is basically mattress in a box. Half roll of toilet paper, no tissues, no hair dryer, no shampoo, no water, no ice, and no iron. But the noise….maybe slept two hours. Doors slamming and voices in the hall way and King Kong overhead…couldn’t quite figure how in a small room someone could roam around overhead for hours. No hasp, chain or dead bolt on the inside of either door to the outside hall or parking lot. Won’t be back and recommend you skip it especially for the price. If it had been 120 or so maybe but it was 270.
