The staff were kind and helpful and the room was accessible, especially the bathroom which included a shower chair and appropriate grab bars. The location is convenient with airport shuttle and breakfast was delicious.

Very easy to confuse Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express at this location. We were late-night arrivals after a bad day of traveling, and HI graciously accepted our reservation though we actually made a reservation at HIE. Grateful for that!

I fly out of the Marseille Provence airport a few times a year. This hotel was well run and the staff was excellent. I have written off the Ibis (thievery) and now the Hilton (conversion unfinished). The Holiday Inn Express was better.
