This modern log cabin, located in a private community with tennis courts and a pool, features fantastic long-range views and, true to its name, double living areas for your group to enjoy. On a chilly day, you will love the warmth of the stone fireplace and the ambiance of the cabin's classic decor. Drum up some friendly competition with Double Your Fun's ping pong and foosball tables. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook homestyle meals, or maybe you'd prefer dining al fresco during sunset. At any time of day, you shall find yourself drawn to relax to the peaceful sounds of the forest from a rocker on the cabin's large wrap-around deck. There is a lot of space at Double Your Fun with a loft bedroom that is big enough for adults and a lower level that includes a playful den area and a kitchenette. The main level primary suite is easy to access from the driveway and the attached shower offers a handrail. Spend your days exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains with a hike on the nature trail just up the road (it connects to the Appalachian Trail!), or hike to the top of Big Bald Mountain, where you'll find one of the most spectacular views on the East Coast. The kids (and young-at-heart) will love the outdoor adventures and rocky creeks, as well as swimming in the community pool (In Season) and exploring the playground at the Wolf Laurel village. No matter how you add it up, Double Your Fun is hands-down a best-choice option among Western North Carolina vacation rentals!

Important Property Notes
• 4WD/AWD Required in Winter: During the winter months (Nov. 1st - Mar 31st) and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is required to access this property. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended.
• Travel Insurance Recommended: During the winter months we ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home.
• Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
• Wolf Laurel is a private community with vehicle restrictions, community amenities, and quiet hours. If you plan to bring any vehicles other than cars or trailers, please contact our office to ensure they are permitted. Community amenities are available between May 1st and October 31st and include a swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball half-court, a kid's playground, a picnic pavilion, and fishing in the community pond. Also included is the use of the Community Center with a library, art wall, activity center, and seasonal programs and events. Please note that the picnic pavilion cannot be scheduled for events. The swimming pool is open from Memorial Day through September. This community has a noise ordinance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., and is not suitable for groups that are looking for late nights of celebration on the deck. Carolina Mornings offers many properties that offer seclusion, so if this is an inconvenience for you, please give us a call and we will help you find the perfect property to match your needs!
• During spring and fall this property may have an influx of ladybugs. They are harmless and can be simply swept or vacuumed up, but if this will be of concern for your group we recommend selecting a different property for your stay.
• Ski Resort Changes. Please note that Wolf Ridge Ski Resort has been sold and rebranded to Hatley's Point by new ownership. The resort is currently under renovations and expected to open at a later date to be determined.

• There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog with a two dog max.
• Note that the pet fee will not be included in your total rental amount. Your payment is due directly to Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals.
• A Vacation Planner from Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals will contact you within 72 hours of acceptance of your booking to collect the pet fee.
• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in cancellation of your reservation.
• The pet fee is required; undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fine per the rental agreement terms.
• The pet policies for this vacation rental, which can be found on the last page of your rental agreement, should be reviewed PRIOR TO BOOKING.
